suji ka halwa

Ingredients:
Suji 200 gms
Sugar 3 cups
Water 5 cups
Ghee 1 cup
Yellow color  few drops

 

Method:

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan and add suji to it.
  2. Fry the suji till it slightly changes color and smells bhoni huwee.
  3. Now add sugar and water to it.
  4. Also add a few drops of yellow color. Mix constantly.
  5. Only cook for 3 mins and  switch off flame. Do not over cook.
  6. Delicious suji ka halwa is ready to be served with hot poori or naan.
