Cooking Time: 9 min. 45 sec. Serves 4. Ingredients: Suji 200 gms Sugar 3 cups Water 5 cups Ghee 1 cup Yellow color few drops Method: Heat the ghee in a pan and add suji to it. Fry the suji till it slightly changes color and smells bhoni huwee. Now add sugar and water to it. Also add a few drops of yellow color. Mix constantly. Only cook for 3 mins and switch off flame. Do not over cook. Delicious suji ka halwa is ready to be served with hot poori or naan.
