|140g (5 oz) strawberries, hulled
|60g (2 oz) frozen blueberries
|2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
|110ml (4 fl oz) orange juice
|370g (12 fl oz) low fat plain yoghurt
||Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
